as a result of the power outage at work yesterday, we had the day off today 🙂 and because we had the day off i got to go to the gym in the middle of the day for as long as i wanted! it was great!

i was going to go to bunko straight from work this evening instead of going all te way home then out again in the rain. the rain however had other plans for me. i didnt want to drive in the heavy heavy rain with sirens going so i ended up waiting longer at work. then the power went out…fun fun… after the power came back on i noticed a puddle of water under a coworkers desk, pretty huh? it was kinda scary being the only one in the building during all of that! plus i ended up missing bunko 🙁

i know its hard to see in the picture above, but i thought it was a neat shot to see the line of cars in the rear view mirror and the cars on the street way across. the cars across the way didnt really show up in the picture, but ah well…

we went out tonight to watch the superbowl (packers vs stealers). its always interesting when we get together for the superbowl because everyone has such different opinions on who should win, lol, but all in all it was a pretty good night! 🙂
