a close up of my running shoes 🙂 i really need a new pair. i played wallyball at lunch and ran back to the building with one of the other guys who plays. its about a mile give or take but was a much needed run. unfortunately i didnt have any other workout clothes so i couldnt go to boxing 🙁 the guys suggested i just put back on what i wore at lunch…figures…

today at boxing, i “got” to push a car across the parking lot…notice how i said “got”…yea…this pic isnt the actual car i “got” to push, but thought it was a neat pic non the less 🙂

had to get a mouth guard for boxing this past weekend and melted it down this morning. think i might have to do it again cuz it feels a little weird, but itll be ok. im excited about using it though because that means imma get to hit someone! course that means someones gunna be hitting me too, but hopefully i can keep that from happening too much 🙂

after a week off for my cleaning marathon, im back to boxing…these are my new sparing gloves! now i have bag gloves and sparing gloves…the bag gloves have weights in the wrists so they’re heavier for training.
