today we went to a pizza place in harbor town for lunch/dinner. it was such a nice day outside so we sat outside and just enjoyed the afternoon. i like harbor town…it has a small town feel…complete with small specialty grocery store and a coffee shop that closes at 3pm on a sunday….

today was the midtown crawfish festival. it wasnt quite the same as crawfish boil in the back yard, but the crawfish were actually pretty good 🙂

umai

james and i went to umai tonight for dinner. overall it was very enjoyable. we sat outside on the patio and the food was really good, but the salad was a let down. $12 for a salad that was maybe a cup of lettuce and maybe an ounce of meat. the rest of the sushi and james’ meal were great though. ill know next time not to get the salad 🙂 oh, and they sell andy gator so im positive we’ll be going back!

had a meeting tonight at panera bread and there were pots of these flowers outside so i decided to take a picture. thought the differences in colors was pretty neat.

a close up of my running shoes 🙂 i really need a new pair. i played wallyball at lunch and ran back to the building with one of the other guys who plays. its about a mile give or take but was a much needed run. unfortunately i didnt have any other workout clothes so i couldnt go to boxing 🙁 the guys suggested i just put back on what i wore at lunch…figures…
